
Request to Add "Action" Block in Drag-and-Drop Flow

I would like to suggest adding an "Action" block to the drag-and-drop flow in the platform. This block would allow various actions to be executed automatically at any point in the flow, making automation more flexible and efficient. Below are the actions that should be available and their benefits:
Add tag – Enables the classification of contacts with specific tags, facilitating segmentation and future actions.
Remove tag – Allows dynamic updates to tags, ensuring contacts are categorized correctly.
Enroll in sequence – Automates the enrollment of contacts into sequences, ensuring continuity in communication without manual intervention.
Unsubscribe from sequence – Provides control over removing contacts from a sequence, preventing unnecessary messages and improving user experience.
Set/Update field value – Allows personalization and storage of relevant contact information, enriching data for future actions.
Mark support as open – Ensures that support requests are correctly marked for manual follow-up when needed.
Assign and open support – Automatically directs contacts to human support, speeding up responses and improving user experience.
Notify team member – Sends alerts to internal team members when specific conditions are met, ensuring quick and informed actions.
With this "Action" block, automation in the flow would be significantly enhanced, allowing actions to be triggered at any stage without the need for workarounds. This would result in more organized, agile, and effective workflows.
