let me know if we sync the business whatsapp app the last 6 month chat will be sync ( as per meta's documentation ) is that will consume message credits ? , if i send a message from business whatsapp app , that message will be shown in api as well , does that will consume credit ? kindly please provide a clarification about the credits consume on this business whatsapp

We don't sync old messages or chat history. Whenever sending message from customer WhatsApp app, then to sync this message inside the BotSailor, an echo webhook will be sent and that same like Facebook . And it will costs credit as like as Facebook. Thanks

Hello request to share Sync History as per META docs. otherwise this feature will be not useful. in official API major challenge is Chat history get loss so META bring this feature and you are not syncing so what will be the benefit?? if you are not allows to sync history than i can delete my existing whatsapp and connect with META its very simple. main concern of all user is chat history so bring this feature please. Thanks please give more clarity on if chat history will be synced it will consume message credit or not?

We have implemented to option to sync history. After connecting account, now user can see option to sync chat. That will start syncing contact and history. And each webhook call consume a message credit for PPU reseller customers. Thanks

Why it will consume credit you have to make sure old chat history synced without affecting credit otherwise our all credit will exhaust
