Hello Team, This is a use case for building a customer relationship. We should have some option to send recurring messages, maybe from a Google Sheet or a new Tab in bot reply. Primarily, I am looking to have it for Birthday or Anniversary messages. However, this can also be enhanced as a tasks-based reminder system. For example, we can create a task, whether it be a: - Birthday wishes to a customer (Maintaining a Google sheet for this is far easier option, rather than making data entry on the WhatsApp system itself) - Customer follow-up - Report creation reminder We can define, what message we want to send, to whom and when to send it with an option to turn this reminder into a recurring one (Every week, date of month, every year etc.)
