Carousel Bot flow not sending - gives error

Sending the carousel bot flow is not working from the live chat or even when subscriber clicks a button that should trigger it - i have attached the error it shows.

Please work on this as it is urgent.

I have opened the ticket

When you send a product template from a sequence the chat is bugged and does not show the history.

Product bots or product templates are not displayed on Android, the catalog appears black
