I had changed the checkout message completely with text message , collecting location and then again a text message like that flow

But after 2 days while checking it is in default one , i removed the checkout link and most of the other variables , it is changed again

Its not first time , cross checked with multiple times

Mentioned to live chat support also

Kindly fix it

the issue is once we changed the content / flow on checkout link and if sync the product again , then those flow also collapsed and showing the default one ,

but that's not correct , because users will add / remove products frequently , update price , inventory and all regulary and we cannot ask them to setup every day , so please fix and give some solutions for this please

We have reviewed and found that synchronizing from the eCommerce Catalog does not reset the messages to default. However, if you synchronize your WhatsApp account from the Connect page, the messages will revert to default settings.

This is how the system works: you have the option to reset everything by synchronizing from the Connect page. However, if you only need to synchronize your catalog products, please use the eCommerce sync button instead of the sync option on the Connect page.
