I have some suggestions below

Proposals for Improvements in Webchat, Live Chat, AI, and WhatsApp Catalogs

1. Webchat and Live Chat

Persistent Menu:

Currently, the persistent menu correctly displays the buttons, but when responding to a user, the buttons disappear and require pressing an additional button to display them again. This behavior should be corrected so that the buttons remain visible after responding.


General Live Chat and Multiple Account Management:

Implement a unified chat system that allows managing multiple accounts from different social networks (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram) from a single panel.

Users should be able to create custom groups combining accounts from different platforms (e.g., a group with five Facebook accounts, five Instagram accounts, and five WhatsApp accounts) organized by business or portfolio.

The chat should allow selecting a group and viewing all messages from the accounts linked to that group without needing to switch between individual chats.

Each conversation within the chat should display an icon indicating the social network of origin or be distinguishable by business portfolio.


Email Reply in Live Chat:

Implement the option to respond to users via email when they are offline and cannot view the live chat response.

The system should capture the user's email upon opening the web chat for the first time to enable this feature when needed.

2. Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Department and Agent Assignment:

Currently, AI-based agent assignment does not seem to follow a defined configuration. It should be possible to configure this assignment with clear and customizable rules.

A system should be implemented where users can manually add topics to a list.

For each topic, a department or agent should be selectable from a dropdown menu for assignment.

3. WhatsApp Catalogs and Checkout

Customization and Design:

Allow users to customize the colors and logo in the checkout, displaying their white-label branding.


Shipping Zones and Rates:

Add the option to customize shipping zones and configure different shipping prices depending on the selected zone.


Order Management:

Enable editing an order if it has not been paid yet, allowing the user to:

Add products to the order.

Merge orders if the customer places a second order before completing the payment.

4. Plans and Monetization

Payment Gateways:

Integrate Mercado Pago Chile as a payment gateway for both WhatsApp catalogs and subscription plans.

Implement multi-currency support for plan pricing.


AI Credits:

Rename the current "Bot AI Reply" to a clearer term like "AI Tokens" or "AI Credits".

5. Dashboard Customization

Menu and Custom Pages:

Allow users to personalize the dashboard menu and add custom pages to better suit their needs.
