Many users feel consuming 4 credits for 1 message is too high so provide option to turn off Read/delivered/sent/failed option for broadcast alone. If a customer dont want to know the status, let them have option to turn off so that it will not consume the credits and also this should be available only for broadcast message, not for live chats

Actually for WhatsApp, it's mandatory as WhatsApp by default send all these webhook and hit in our server. So we are not turn off this option.
