I have following observations and suggestions. If you could this implement and live you will Pioneer/Unicorn in WhatsApp API domain with comparative other big companies.

I am suggesting please take paid subscrioption of following WhatsApp API services, they direct META partners.
1. Interakt ( Jio+Haptik Company)
2. AiSensy
3. GallaBox (New Startup Company opened in last year, but now turnover in INR Crore)

*Suggestions/Future Developments*
1. WhatsApp Shop (Direct Catalogue basis)
2. Support for existing customise E-commerce systems will integrate in Botsailor
3. Add Smiley's in Live Chat, just kind of our regular whatsapp.
4. Add Cashfree payment gateway. (For indian users)
5. Add location in template, Direct create catalogue PDF.
6. Take details of subscriber when agent will chat with user. (Check with Interakt, other wise I will share screenshot)

Till now I checked WhatsApp API. If any found or suggestions I will send you later.
