I'm trying to setup reseller account on my subdomain.
Should I point only 1 A record in my records, or I have to point 3 nameservers to botsailor server too?

Point A record of your subdomain only to single ip.
don't update nameserver because you have to setup an email and website on your server so that not possible if you use BS nameserver.

So, I have added A record for my subdomain "app.botrole.com".
But it's not connected and showing 503 error (maybe it requires ssl certificated etc from your side)

Kindly activate so that I can use my portal!
