Hi , If anyone started a new conversation that agent or bot whoever replied and within 15 minutes or 30 minutes if the user didn't reply then automatically want to send a session inactive message , so if they are still need any help they will message or else we can mark as resolve of that particular chat kindly consider this

Yes this required in past i told but team maybe forgot. this will help agent and customer what going on in conversation
