One urgent update required in livechat.

as i see all platform provided feature if user react emoji than automatically chat initiated and no match response message triggered.

please implement this ASAP.

This feature will very helpful in bulk broadcasting if user not replying text or else and only react emoji automatically will be inside 24hour window and we can send bulk broadcast again.

However do you mean when react to your message or they send individual emoji as message or both ?

On both because i found on all platform whenever user send emoji on past msg or new it's initiate 24hour conversation window with no match reply msg.
