The WhatSapp live chat is no longer ordering the list of chats correctly according to the latest messages.

It is now just random order.

Yes even recent chat showing 2 times need to refresh windows than works.
so please fix ASAP.

Any Update on This

Currently it's showing by order subscriber reply time. Thats why you looks like that. Right now the sorting is different than before as per our customer request that is now sorting by subscriber last reply instead of engagement from any end.

However in next update we are going to to provide option to select both order.
