Global Webhook for Messages

Hello Team,
If you can provide a global webhook for all incoming messages, that would do the work.
Using that, we can create a mobile app as there is already an API to send messages.
I want this for multiple purposes, User input does not resolve this, let me explain how.
User input will only capture the inputs for the currently active user input flow and only those will be sent to the Webhook URL.
Whereas, I am looking for a webhook for all incoming messages. How is it useful now I want to make a small chat inbox mobile application for this for my clients.
Achieving this is not possible with user input flow. This requires a global outbound webhook.
Other than this, a small utility is to give an option to other CRMs to consume that webhook and notify there users that they have a new WhatsApp Message and they can click on the notification to open direct chat on our platform.
For Mobile App, however, I would need more APIs as well such as Templates API to send template message and Conversation Active hours information.
The bare minimum thing if not above is to receive new messages at least and be able to reply to them.
This part is why it is important.
I hope I am able to create a requirement here. I am pitching to my clients, they are asking for a mobile app.

Yes , it would be the required feautre , i am asking for this over a period , but no luck still
Thanks for your feature request and details description what you need and what's the purpose. It sound like important stuff for implementing third party application. I am taking it in our consideration. We will developed it in future.

We are facing problems as businesses object to the fact that they can not always sit on desktops to monitor WhatsApp messages.
We need some kind of mechanism to notify the customer administrator about the incoming message.
Possible solutions:
- Need webhook for a new incoming message, so that we can call a WhatsApp panel webhook and notify the admin via WhatsApp or email about the new messages.
- Unread Message reminders: if the message remains unread for a specific period of time, we should be able to generate an email of WhatsApp or hit webhook so that the same can be notified
- Browser push notifications via pusher or any other mechanism because right now, the notification bell only rings when the live chat window is opened in the dashboard area. I am on any other page it does not work.
