In Admin Dashboard Team Monitoring.
Is it possible to see what team members are doing? How many conversations does one person manage?

Currently, BotSailor does not include a dedicated Team Monitoring feature in the Admin Dashboard to track individual team member activities like the number of conversations managed. However, we recognize the value of such a feature, especially for teams looking to monitor performance and improve customer support efficiency.

Is it possible to see how many Conversations are pending And Solved? Like Teckting System?

Example of scenario------
I have four team members. Two members start working from 10 AM to 3 PM & there are 10 Conversations Pending, and others Start from 3 PM to 11 PM When they Start working at 3 PM it's easy to close this conversation. I want to monitor how many conversations are Pending & Solved by each team member.


It's very important for managing team members.

Thank you for your suggestion! Currently, BotSailor doesn’t show pending and solved conversations for each agents like a ticketing system. However, we recognize its importance for team management and are exploring adding a Conversation Management Dashboard in future updates. This will include tracking pending and resolved conversations by team members and provide better monitoring.
