Hello,
I urgently request an auto-reply function for WhatsApp. From what I understand, WhatsApp removed this feature a few months ago, but you could implement it internally as a "no-match template message." This message should allow configuration to respond only once per day, every few hours, or as needed for the client.

The current "Get Starter" template is unhelpful—please either remove it or replace it with a similar but functional feature. Even basic scripts offer something like this. Botsailor is very advanced, and yet, such a basic feature is missing. Several clients have already requested this, and it’s embarrassing to admit we lack something so simple. This could result in losing customers.

Please consider this urgently.

Thank you for pointing this out! We already have a feature that allows users to manage the "no-match reply" functionality in the Bot Manager > Configuration section.
Here’s how you can utilize it:

Navigate to Bot Manager > Configuration in your BotSailor dashboard.
Look for the "Get Started Message Frequency Limit" section.
Enable or disable the feature, and set the frequency to either "Every Time" or "Once a Day" based on your requirements.
This ensures that automated replies like "no-match templates" can work within your desired intervals, improving the overall efficiency of communication with customers.

Hello, I understand, but this doesn’t fully address my issue. My focus is on offering AI-driven systems as agents. The fallback template works well for this, but it needs the ability to retain context, even temporarily, to provide better responses to users. Sometimes, it feels like it always starts with a greeting or doesn’t remember previous information, which results in less accurate responses.

Coming back to the main point, my clients need a welcome message that operates independently from the fallback template. Some clients want their welcome message to appear only once, permanently, and not once per day. I insist that this is a basic feature that should be included given the service we’re paying for.

Hello, You can add AI reply for No match template also. So AI will reply based on your description. However we are also currently working on complete AI training system for chatbot is coming soon.

Great. The mismatch template is useful as well. But it doesn't replace a welcome message, they are different functions and both are necessary.
