Hello sir, I m sharing you one suggestion, which is not completely mine. I saw it in AiSensy Platform how they manage theirs chats very well and neat and clean.

They have two inboxes named as history and live chat

In Live chat, it appear only those who had a conversion with us.

In history, it appear all those people whom we send bulk whatsapp marketing msz.

So overall the benefit here, In live chat all huge chat list not appear of those people who receive marketing msz through campaign. Only chat visible where a customer responded.
And the dumb chats where no customer replies which shown in history and it vanished automatically after ending period of 24 hours.

I am not sure how they doing it but chat maintain very well.

We have released the update by changing our live chat. Here now only user reply message will come first. So it will be ordering by user reply. So the subscriber whom you have sent broadcast message but didn't replied will not shown at the first unless you search or they will reply.
