Dear team,

I have been a Botsailor customer for over two years and would like to bring to your attention a critical issue that has been causing difficulties, particularly related to credit charges. Currently, charges are applied based on read confirmations, delivered messages, and other criteria. This practice results in high credit consumption, forcing both resellers and end clients to bear significant costs, without the option to disable these charges.

While this policy may be manageable for smaller clients who do not have high usage volumes, for larger clients, the financial impact is substantial. The excessive credit consumption makes the current model unfeasible, and charging higher amounts becomes disproportionate to the value of the offered plans. For example, when a client sends 30,000 messages, the consumption can reach 120,000 credits just for the initial message, without considering subsequent automations and customer service.

Therefore, I request a review of the current charging model or the addition of a feature that allows disabling read confirmations to prevent excessive credit charges. Maintaining the current model makes it impractical to sell messaging services, directly impacting business sustainability and causing significant concerns.

I express my dissatisfaction regarding this issue and sincerely hope for a positive response.
