WhatsApp catalog related issues

Hi,
Based on my basic WhatsApp Catalog test, I found the following:-
1- The Invoice ID shown on the order successful checkout WhatsApp message is different the one shown on the order ID of the actual product. please fix
2- Status update messages are not received after 24-hour window because it is not message template. please fix
3- The catalog owner should be able to choose which form field parameters to include such as phone, email, address, etc. because the businesses using the catalog are the not the same, each has different requirement.
4- If you update the catalog message text content (order submission, order reminder, etc.) the text content will go back to the default if you re-sync the WhatsApp account (connect account function on the dashboard).
I hope it is all clear.

Thank you for opening the bug report and we appreciate it. We will work on the problems that you have mentioned in 1 and 2. But for the number 3, That form is coming from WhatsApp and we are not able to edit that. And when you synchronize the Catalog again the text message will be replaced and that is the way it is, but we will consider this as a problem .
