We can reply to click the forward icon from customer chat.... but sometime we also have to reply on our own msz but that option not there.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We understand that having the option to reply to your own messages in the chat can be useful in certain situations. Currently, BotSailor allows replies only to customer messages, and we don’t yet have the option to reply to messages sent from the agent side.

We're constantly working to improve our platform based on user feedback, and we’ll definitely consider adding this feature in future updates. Your suggestion is valuable to us, and we’ll make sure it reaches our development team for review.
