Phone Number Duplication Issue

On behalf of customer: I am facing an issue with setting up WhatsApp with WooCommerce, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving it. All of my customers are from Morocco, but they enter their phone numbers in two formats: +212 followed by 9 digits 0 followed by 9 digits The issue arises when phone numbers in the format starting with "0" come through WooCommerce.
